What qualifies as an institutional sale?
- Sale of Rs. 20,000 or above for an institution located in India, and USD 1,000 or above for an institution located overseas.
- Sale to any organisation which is either a school, NGO, government body, religious institution or corporate.
- In India, retailers or wholesalers who sell to retailers, do not qualify. India Book House holds exclusive distribution rights for the retail channel in India.
- Wholesalers, distributors or retailers overseas do not currently qualify. We plan to develop separate programs to engage with this channel going forward.
