Role: Senior Manager Business and Channel Development
Education: MBA preferred
Experience: 2-3 years post MBA in sales, marketing or distribution in a FMCG or Media company

Responsibilities:
- Develop new channels (e.g., malls, SMS ordering, in flight magazines) for selling our comics, books, DVDs, Soft toys and other products
- Work with retail partners on customized selling solutions (e.g., small format Kiosks)
- Negotiate distribution deals with partners
- Track fulfillment and manage key account relationships

Role: Senior Manager Marketing and Strategic Alliances
Education: MBA
Experience: 2-3 years post MBA in a FMCG or Media company with at least 2 years brand promotions experience

Responsibilities:
- Develop scalable, BTL promotions for all our brands – Amar Chitra Katha, Tinkle, Karadi tales and others
- Leverage non-traditional methods (e.g., cultural events) to create demand for products
- Work with Media and other partners (e.g., mobile companies) to improve product and brand visibility
- Work with ad agencies to develop targeted brand promotions
- Work with product development teams and creative studio on new product strategy and launches

Role: Senior Manager Finance
Education: CA
Experience: 2-3 years post CA

Responsibilities:
- Establish accounting process for all our subsidiary companies (ACK Pvt. Ltd., Studio In Bangalore and Karadi Tales Chennai)
- Coordinate audit with (Big 4, ABC etc.)
- Streamline production processes and cost (e.g., printing, paper purchases, DVD creation, warehousing and transportation costs)
- Develop and provide MIS reports
- Create expense policies and processing system for the company
- Coordinate with business development and legal to create contracts for business partners and vendors

Role: Product Manager
Education: Engineering or Design Graduate with MBA preferred
Experience: 2-3 years in product development and launch of an internet, technology or media products

Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the product roadmap for 1-2 products in our portfolio (can be a physical, digital or hybrid product)
- Manage P&L for the products including cost of development, marketing, and distribution
- Design Go To Market strategy
- Work with the internal Technology team and external partners to deliver product on time at target cost

Role: Human Resource Manager
Education: Graduate from a top university
Experience: 4-5 years of HR experience in creative or IT industry
